Do you really think they've given up on Ward? I think it's more of a case where they are letting him test the waters but could take him back if there is an agreeable price. He's at the Bengals today ... the Bengals. I think there is still a shot that the Wind will blow back to the Meadowlands.

I'm somewhat surprised to see that the Giants were players in the Haynesworth hunt. We usually don't get into the mega-bidding wars.

I'm interested to see if we get the Cowboy. Other than that, my big Q is with WRs.

I was surprised at how relatively cheap BJ came back to us for, but that's what happens when you are a classy organization that breeds classy ball players. I say let Ward go because he's failed to realize that he would have the perfect situation in NYC; he's letting money go to his head and he's going to be a bust somewhere next season, mark my word.

I'm somewhat excited to see who Reese is going to be looking at during the FA period. I would stay away from Marvin Harrison, only because he's basically the same type of player that Toomer is at this point in his career. Signing Harrison would be yet another stab in the back to Amani, and I don't see the Giants going older at WR. I'm guessing they'll bring Houshman-whatever his name is for a visit, but he's still not your #1 go. I really, really want to see Boldin in Blue next season. I think if you line up Boldin at the #1 with Hixon at the 2, you have an extremely dangerous combo for YEARS to come. Let's face it, odds are Plax is going to jail and they wouldn't have him anyways, so a deal makes sense. Bit the bullet and pull the trigger on a deal with AZ.

I was also a little upset that the Cards put their franchise tag on Karlos Dansby. I thought he would have made the absolute perfect fit on our D, and now with Suggs off the market from Baltimore, not sure who you turn to for LB help...most likely from the draft at this point. I'd like to hear you guys do an analysis show on the potential targets for the "need" areas and on the free agency period in general. Maybe Ralph Vacchiano from the News would be willing to chat again??

Just some thoughts..keep up the good work!
